1. General Terms & Conditions

Bein Match By using this website and its services, you are confirming your full agreement to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the service.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between Bein Match and all its members. Bein Match reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered email addresses and published on the site with an updated date.

These terms and conditions have been written in Bangla for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute over interpretation, the original English version shall be considered authoritative.

2. Account Rules

At Bein Match, each person is only Single Account per person. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, or multiple accounts operated from the same device or IP address within the same household, may be suspended.

• The name, address, and mobile number on your account must be accurate and belong to you.
• Your account password must be kept completely confidential — it must not be shared with anyone.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited.
• To update your account details, please contact our support team.
• If any suspicious activity is detected, bein match reserves the right to verify an account at any time.

Withdrawals may be held if account verification (KYC) is not completed. To verify your account, you will need to upload a clear photo of your national ID or passport along with a selfie.

3. Age & Eligibility

When registering an account, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. bein match reserves the right to verify your age at any time. If you fail to provide satisfactory proof of age, your account will be suspended and your deposited funds will be returned, but any bonus amounts will be forfeited.

If it is established that an account was created by a minor, all associated transactions will be considered void. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children do not access this site.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on bein match can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• The mobile number or bank account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad is ৳100, via Rocket ৳200, and via bank transfer ৳5,000.
• Depositing from a third-party account is not permitted. If detected, the account will be suspended.
• Successful deposits are credited to your balance instantly — if this does not happen, please contact support with your transaction ID.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Withdrawals can only be processed using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• When an active bonus is in place, full balance withdrawal is not permitted until the wagering requirements are met. However, you may cancel the bonus and withdraw your original deposit amount.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit via bKash and Nagad is ৳1,00,000.
• Bein Match reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal it deems suspicious.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Bein Match offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the promotions page.

Key terms and conditions regarding bonuses:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per person, household, device, or IP address.
• A minimum odds of 1.50 or higher is required for bets to qualify for bonus eligibility.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only available after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bein match reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time, without providing a reason.
• If promotional abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6. Betting Rules

Once a bet is placed and confirmed on Bein Match, it cannot be cancelled. Please review all details carefully before confirming your bet.

Bet Settlement Rules:

• If a match is cancelled or falls short of the scheduled overs, Bein Match will determine the outcome of the bet in accordance with its own settlement rules.
• Bein Match reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error in the odds is identified.
• In-play bets placed after a significant change in match conditions may be voided.
• Bets are typically settled within 30 minutes of the match result being confirmed.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a system error, bein match reserves the right to recalculate and settle the bet at the correct odds.

Bet limits:

• Minimum bet is ৳50 (may vary by market).
• The maximum bet limit for a match is set based on the market and the significance of the event.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected, bet limits may be applied to the account.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bein Match. If any of these are proven, the account will be permanently closed and any suspicious transactions or winnings will be voided:

• Involvement in match fixing or manipulation of match outcomes.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of Bonus Abuse.
• Placing opposing bets against yourself across accounts (Arbitrage).
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches on the platform.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial transactions.
• Engaging in unethical contact with platform staff or agents.

8. Responsible Gaming

Bein match believes betting should be a form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress. We encourage every member to bet responsibly.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Bein Match may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions or involvement in prohibited activities.
• Creating an account using false or incorrect information.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Leaving the account inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Users may also request to close their account at any time by contacting live chat. Please make sure to withdraw your balance before closing the account.

Inactive accounts with no login for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee deducted from the balance — the balance will never fall below zero.

10. Dispute Resolution & Contact

If you have a complaint about a bet or transaction, contact Bein Match via live chat or email first. Our team typically responds within 24 hours.

When submitting a complaint, please include the transaction ID, match name, and time — this helps us resolve the issue faster. Bein Match will investigate and communicate a decision after receiving your complaint.

If you wish to dispute a decision made by bein match, you may refer the matter to an independent mediator. The support team will provide full details on how to initiate this process.
